@amerika if it weren’t for the changes made to SNAP/TANF during cv19 those folks *would have* bracketed out of assistance.It’s not fool proof, obviously I didn’t account for robuts taking orders - but numbers on paper, I’m right. @furgar

Taxpayers are the buyers.If anything, paying out of welfare entitlements means that the wealthier were funding these people.Now the poorer people -- those buying the burgers -- are going to be paying it.

Even if higher pay did work, how long will it work? Maybe a year? Then the fight for $20 dollars and hour starts. It's just like reputations for slavery, it totally ignores the root of the problem.
