There is one in some fields, mostly STEM for the ones they pretend to care about, but it's certainly not as basic as "women get paid less because they're women". At the end of the day, on average, more women attain higher education than men, single women earn more income than single men, and there are a lot of ways in which this will eventually no longer be true. I'd even wager if you cut out the top %5 of income earners, women actually earn more than men on average. But it is also likely a demographic thing - gen x and boomer women probably earned significantly less than their male counter parts.Anyway, that's why I say the correct answer is no answer because you can't win the argument and battling with each other over things like this isn't helpful. Yes, there is a wage gap. Idk exactly why.

Earnings wise, I don't see a reason to force women into the riskiest high paying work or life long career paths that they don't want to do to achieve equity personally. I'd say freedom is more important than that, and as that's the choice made by almost all women I'd say they agree with me.

Honestly, a lot of women I have either dated or have been around are better off than their husbands. My mom earned more than my step dad her whole life and retired early. My aunt earned more than than her husband, I have dated a few women with masters degrees who made almost 6 figures by the time they were 25 and one of my best friends who is a woman, earns almost 200k per year.From my perspective, women actually earn more than men on average. lol But again, if you look at the data, there is a wage gap.

"Victim" demographics (I'd say minority, but women are a majority) that banded together to whine about straight white men setting up societies for them to thrive in... And now just look at the left.

I kinda just play nice and mind my business. Generally I agree with you but I'm concerned about what is happening to men now. Lower education rates, lower incomes, earlier deaths, ect. However if I whine about men being discriminated against, I'll get nowhere lol. And I know this. So, I try to be helpful and supportive of men as much as I can because no one is going to help us, ever. And, we know this and don't ask for help - after all, men are the oppressors.
