I want to make a list of effects of testosterone, both the ones I was told about and the ones I wasn't. Things that I was told would happen, and they happened:- clit growth;- more body hair;- fat redistribution;- voice lowering;- changes of facial features;- increase in muscle mass;- termination of menstruation;- acne;- decrease in dysphoria, regardless of passing.Things I told would happen, but they didn't:- increase in appetite;- increase in libido;- more sexual interest towards men;- pain during clit growth;- change of body scent;- decrease in vaginal discharge;- radical shifts of self perception.Things nobody told me about, and they happened anyway:- fingers grew by a whole ring size up;- hair became dryer and less likely to get greasy;- refractory period appeared;- I had to learn a completely new way to meow.

@vortigern any meowing I could ever produce was just an imitation. But I focused on different parts of it while imitating. Pre T I put most effort into high pitch and pure sound. Right now I focus on throat vibration more. Basically, went from "mieeeee" to "mrrrrya".

@comrade_lecter i think it's because your voice got lower. my voice got lower because of smoking and i went through something similar, now i can't meow in high pitch (at all, it sounds like im choking) and i have to do something indescribable with my throat to meow
