@lauren I think he (or his advisors) saw how weak a leader Chapek turned out to be and tried to take advantage of the situation.I doubt they bet on the board making such a huge move in bringing back Iger.Now, DeSantis is stuck given his entire slogan is "never back down".

@lauren The amazing thing is that for Republicans to try and back DeSantis, they have to assert that corporations don't have constitutional rights.Which means all of the religious carveouts for corporations were made in error.Or, they're just hypocrites.
