@pears why bother with pixiv anymore... i mean i knew it wasnt allowed but there always been pretty lose with that rule. tbh another pixiv like site should exist but with out the censorship rules. i appreciate baraag too my complaint is the resolution limit and serching is kinda tedius. anyways yeah removing 400 links... sounds fun!... sorry that happened.

@pears It's absurd to me that their censorship laws are still in effect when uncensored stuff is so readily available.I'd already made my uncensored works private, but it looks like the rest of my work might not be safe now. If they go after them, I'm just gonna delete and just lurk on that site.

@pears ugh, pixiv's really been going downhill recently. Link to creators sociaps are jow I found so many of my favourite artists to follow when I set up this account yesterday. I wonder would pixiv be okay with links to something like linktree or carrd or some other one page link site that has links to mastodon.

@pears ever since they started to "selectively" enforce that and some admittedly easily reversible censorship didn't phase them i opted for a more "sneaky" and kinda obscure solution... literally steganography, hiding the uncensored image (albeit not without some color loss but you take what you can get) on the censored art itself.

@pears yes it was never allowed. people should read the tos at some point, you can't exactly have any uncensored content linked to your pixiv or you'll face issues, since it's based in japan and everything is legally required to be censored, whether it's psd or what else, if somebody reports it, it'll have to be taken down. now that being said, so many people test the rules on pixiv. if you can get away with it then do.
