       Planted this as bareroot in January. It survived the winter rains in NorCal and sprouted vigorously. When the first heat hit 10 days ago, it wilted and has not recovered. The heat only got into the 80’s. Perhaps this variety is not suited for our zone: Cannot find a whole lot of info on apple seedling wilting other than lack of water. #gardening
