       Having used #Calckey exclusively for a few days now, I've gotta say: I really love it! I haven't quoted yet but I like that I can. The MFM stuff is super cool (Mastodon ppl click over to original to see the animation). Overall it's.. just really beautiful. Some of that is the default dark theme of this instance. But check these attached posts -- the threading, the response icons, and the way user tags are handled. Also cool is the icon in the top-right of the post showing what fediverse service people are using. Then there are the lovely profile cards that pop up when you hover over a username. You can follow/unfollow from the card or expand/collapse the profile if it's really long. It's really well-implemented too. It's the kind of thing where you'd expect to have annoying glitches where, like, the card would disappear as you went to click on something. But it just works! It's been a great experience so far. Definitely worth checking out if anyone's on the fence about it.
