@rolle notion.so, after many years of trial and error and various processes, I have found a tool that allows me to keep notes, todos, writing, organizing, planning, sharing, whatever I want when it comes to "documentation" type tasks.I have "inbox" page on there where I have sections and one of the top is to do list with various sub subsections (things to focus on, nice to get done, easy, hard, etc)

@locus That's cool, if you have one of two things to store. I have like 50 things every day. No way to remember everything, and no reason. I write down and schedule everything to calendar that I need to do, then I can gladly forget about them, they will remind of themselves. Less cognitive burden this way.

@rolle honestly? Most of my stuff is managed by Slack's /remind command for me. I have it on most devices, so I always get reminders, and the interface couldn't be much easier. You type /remind me "do this thing" in n minutes.
