       @Sexypink I'm currently reading a stack of pulp Sci fi novels from the seventies I found in a second hand bookstore.There's also going for walks, journalling, cooking, visiting friends... Loads of things to do if you want to put down the phone for a bit

       @Sexypink I think you might be right, I've definitely noticed my attention span getting shorter since the advent of the smartphone. That's why I make myself do something analogue at least once a day. Try doing something for five minutes a day, then extending it out to ten minutes the week after, then longer as time goes on? Might help...
