       @NBS I’ve only had experience with companies who will go out of their way to hire people like this. Then the corporate training revolves around the ways you will get reprimanded for not worshipping the demands of the diversity hires. I believe this issue mostly stems from on high.

       @NBS for years at work we had a simple method when doing interviews. WhileIn the interview send somebody out to look at thier vehicle. If it’s trashed out and has 1000x stickers on the back chances are that’s not our guy / gal.

       @NBS my understanding is there is no protected class for political beliefs.  you can get sued for doing things based on: race, sexual orientation, disability.  But if you say you didn't hire them because of their political belief, there is not protection for that.Anybody in HR, right/wrong?

       @NBS She's right. Happening right now in my work setting: the "odd" establishes he/him/their fake-reality, the "go-alongs" start to affirm the lie also. Work setting is engineering, when you are afraid to tell truth in one area, you will fudge data, observations, outcomes, etc in other tasks. Telling me a #2 pencil is a banana, because it's yellow, is the accepted outcome, because of fear of telling the truth.
