Been on a low carb diet for the past few months. Weight has just been dropping off me ever since (18lbs so far) and I ever rarely feel hungry any more.As times gone on I've spent more and more time watching videos and reading studies on this subject and came across this graphic today which I thought was worth sharing. It shows how food types i'd always assumed to be healthy and consumed daily, due to low sugar content, are in actual fact causing the same issues as high sugar intake !!

@YorkshireTea On low carb diet since 2002, 21 years. Never for the need to diet/lose weight but for the scientific opinion that keto metabolism is our true natural metabolism (and glucose metabolism had function as preparation for Winter food dearth, as fattening before it, similar to bears but not to the point of hybernation). Only warning about it is - do not " cheat" or yo-yo with it, do it or do it not as the only bad stress on the system is during change from keto->glucose and reverse

@MaleticResearch not going keto, will just be sticking with low carbs. Have a glucose monitor stuck in my arm at the minute and I'm currently seeing what effect different food types I regularly eat have on my blood sugar levels. It's been very interesting!!
