       @BlackAzizAnansi that’s been the move of almost all the tech companies in Miami and it’s really silly considering the way the greater Miami is structured and where people live. But turns out lots of investors made bad bets on commercial real estate and now rates are up, their returns are down, and it’s everyone’s problem.
