       It's gotten increasingly difficult to motivate myself to draw. Art communities are non-existent, so I can't get motivated by seeing others' progress.Art channels have died out, so I can't regularly get motivated by watching others draw while narrating.I'm not the type to make fan art either. It's no use trying to draw pointlessly.

       @kj00 I feel the same way... :( there are times where I will scroll around on the internet and come across a nice reference photo which will motivate me enough to paint something, but it happens way too rarely... I used to draw every day, now it's maybe a couple times a month. There's an art channel I really love called Light Ponderings and maybe you'd enjoy his videos as well.

       @pettywoman Light Ponderings sounds familiar... I remember I clicked on two videos of his, but he was just talking so I ignored him since, but I just saw that he actually did a very nice overpaint showing the process, thank you. He's really good.Reference photos annoy me so bad. I can NEVER find the pose I want if I'm mid-drawing, and I'm never gonna use a reference photo to start drawing because they all look ridiculous or silly. The paid ref packs are basically softcore porn from what I saw. Instead of making AI shit out generic anime pictures they should make one that matches a 3D posed mannequin to a real-world reference photo. That's useful.
