It has turned your work place into a political machine. I worked as a temp for a GM supplier when I was 19ish. Because the factory was union I had to pay dues but was not in the union. They made me work 43 straight days without a single day off. I did that and months later got sick and they made me take a two week suspension for calling off a day. I worked at another union factory(in the union this time) and I made the same hourly starting as someone who worked there for 2 years. The been there for 2ish years people complained and had a meeting and the compromise was people in the next hiring group after mine made 2 less dollars an hour to make the others happy.

When an organization gets too big, it starts having too much to lose, etc. When one royally fucks up, unionists are able to move between the others, and other organizations can rehabilitate the image of the trade.Community good is important because if you're solely focused on the workers and aren't also trying to endear your society to the people you represent, you will not be able to do as many things and maintain some measure of goodwill. They will resent you like a lot of people do Teachers and Transport unions. Further, solely focusing on workers provides less opportunity to maintain the worker's position. Unions won't save you from your society rotting, but they build senses of community and mutual struggle that help insure against it. I'm not arguing that they be more focused on society than their tradesmen, just that they be conscious of it.

I like my landlord. He doesn't bother me and I don't bother him. If I call him to fix things he rememebers to put the rent up (it's well below market rates) so I don't call him and fix things myself.

That's basically the system they have in China, they haven't gotten rid of landlords.The reason renting exists is because tenants either don't have a reason to invest in a particular area (like being seasonal workers with no ties to it) or don't have the funds/knowledge needed to invest in it.Landlords are middlemen who invest on behalf of tenants. You can add extra taxes and say they only lease the land instead of own it, but that doesn't fundamentally change anything. There's still a group of people who need housing but don't want to or can't pay for a whole house themselves, so there will either be a rental market or a rental black market.All the taxes do is push up the prices.

I agree, but the core problem there isn't the existence of landlords/the rental market and getting rid of them wouldn't fix the problem.Housing is intentionally unaffordable for Whites because the government has decided they don't want White families. Until this issue is addressed it doesn't really matter whether you rent or buy, you'll still be taxed out the ass to subsidise your enemies reproduction and punished for your own reproduction.Specific mechanisms they use to do so:- Housing codes which only permit the highest standard of housing to be built, so the middle and the bottom of the market have to scramble for existing housing stock. Public projects to house illegals and browns are permitted to break these rules.- Excessive regulatory burdens on small landlords, forcing them to sell out to jew run institutional landlords (who mostly wrote the regs and own the regulators)- "Equality" laws provide a thousand ways for small landlords to be targetted by nuisance bias complaints ("he didn't use my pronouns" "he didn't rent to me because I'm black"). Often these complaints are held outside of actual courts by unelected and unaccountable officials with a degree in equality studies or similar. NGOs are funded specifically to help dindus navigate this process and plunder Whites. Again forcing them to sell out to jews.- Enormous taxes on rent. Roughly 50% of my rent is tax and where I live there's a housing crisis. Most people have no idea this exists and think their landlord just pockets the rent.Shits fucked, but landlords didn't make it that way. So long as jews are ruling us they will ensure we find it hard to build houses and start families.
