anyone got any opinions on blood tests that give you a big list of blood numbers?like i am often tired which is apparently sometimes caused by low magnesium or iron or testosterone or something thyroid or high dormitive principle or something blood cells or etc., and there are services which claim to measure all of those things at once, are they plausibly useful

@TetraspaceGrouping I got such results after donating blood, with helpful explainers about normal ranges attachedI don't have health problems, so I didn't benefit much, but I reckon any service provising tests would include info about normal values

@TetraspaceGrouping I had blood work done a few times and it's very good to check numbers, particularly if you have any lifestyle diseases in your family history. Assuming you're American, you can order specific tests online e.g. thyroid or testosterone, and the cost will be lower but it won't always qualify for HSA type dollars. Getting an gp recommendation is worth it if you have good insurance and a good doc.
