@menthol6 @Only @grumpy @luwa for the audience at home:i have pretty crazy abandonment trauma from a whole bunch of stuff in my lifeincluding stuff you all probably saw from a bunch of my once-friends on fedi, loli did in fact have a trauma response to it, then swallowed it because i realized it was happening over fucking good morning gifs, which yeah was me acting like an idiot while waking up this morning because i have been in a really delirious mental state i find really unpleasant it pisses me off, and is personal, that someone would do this shit without explaining themselves about good morning gifs. it blows my mind that lucy is acting like people here are being disingenuous when she acted so bluntly in the first placealso, to be clear: i'm glad she's upset, she can explain herself if she wants (she doesn't), i didn't expect her to, i just wanted her day to be worse because she made mine worse. this is making me feel better. i'd way rather just escalate the conflict immediately and actually have a fight then have it looming in my brainhope this explains my behavior :)

@menthol6 @grumpy @luwa @AbNormal @Only to the folks at home: i bitchily called Lucy BPD as part of wanting to upset her, but regardless of having a clinical diagnosis, having these sort of intense emotions and "splitting" responses is highly characteristic - and you know what? *turns towards camera* I struggled like fuck with this too! therapists fucking hate treating this, for reasons i don't understand because it's like a textbook thing a therapist would be effective for, but i actually completely changed my life by picking up and working through a DBT (dialectic behavioral therapy) workbook! regardless of diagnosis or w/e, if you find yourself being like "god i wish i didn't lose my shit so often" (like i used to) i cannot recommend it enough
