       @meso @yujiri @Mia for people interested, "pidgin doesn't support omemo well" means:- xmpp's omemo is an external plugin you need to install- trouble recieving encrypted attachments- no way to manage keys- maybe no way to easily disable encryption- probably morebut you can just text people if you want and bother them for unencrypted images where plausible
