@incoherentmumblings @Dan_Ramos If they meant 'between minors' they could have written it that way. If they meant between minors and those recently minors (Jack and Jill laws) they could have been marginally less ambiguous. They weren't and im tired of word play. If they didn't want it to say what it says then I invite them to pull it down and release v1.1 when the lawyers are done. They won't so I'll keep my interpretation.

@DaemonFools @Dan_Ramos Wait what? No that if is not pregnant, that if is IF it is CONSENSUAL. Half of the people in question can't even get pregnant. Pregnancy has nothing to do with this. Contraceptives exist and someone mature enough to make that call is mature enough to know about contraceptives. Unless, of course, they live in a place where conservative idiots prevent them from learning about such an elementary thing.
