       @thenewoil Computer breaches are commonplace in today's business world. Would making corporations pay huge fines and maybe prison time for allowing breaches stop those breaches. Or maybe that would make them hide the breach? It's not like the customers/clients have any  recourse other than getting a lawyer and suing them. There doesn't seem to be much incentive to stop these corporate data breaches so I ask a question that has probably already been discussed, but here I am.
