@mollyd As accessible as Mastodon web version itself. My UI only adds CSS styles on top of it.@pinafore is perhaps the best for screen readers, I've heard. #Accessibility

@squirrelmonkey Created mainly for Mastodon admins, but you can use Stylus or other extension to apply CSS. Unfortunately won't apply for mobile (since there's no extensions). Instructions on the repository.

@rolle@mementomori.social that looks gorgeous. I just started getting my feet wet and I began with Misskey. Even just being able to follow you/reply here was kind of an adventure, but apparently it's working. My question would be: why is it that you chose Mastodon out of the few other alternatives? I am asking because I am not yet set on Misskey and perhaps Mastodon could be a better choice, especially with that look. I'll take the opportunity to also send my first toot or whatever it's called, in another server. Kinda impressive to be able to do so.

@mbs Thanks! :bunhdheart: Mastodon seemed mature enough for me. It has one active developer that does it for living (that person being the founder Eugen Rochko) but on top of that hundreds of contributors. Pleroma, Akkoma and Misskey are smaller and/or forks.Mastodon has heavier stack, but it also scales up pretty well. It's feature list is wide enough but not too massive.I don't know, just felt Mastodon is the thing for me and it stuck.

@rolle I think a week or two of using it full time on the web for me? I am so used to it by now that when I see the other ui it kind of throws me off heheheIt's making me wish for more pluggable behaviors. I wouldn't mind to find a way to seamlessly plugin tootfinder and other functionality that might rely on backend pieces.
