       Democrats in Portland are spending five million dollars to build an outdoor camp for homeless people for a year.Average rent for a one bedroom is $1,700.$1,700 x 150 people x 12 months equals  $3,060,000.It would be cheaper just to give them money to pay rent — not to mention healthier and safer. But then that wouldn’t allow liberals to give construction contracts to their millionaire friends, which is all this is about. Democrats love pretending to help if it makes them rich.
