       @UROCKlive1 A couple of random thoughts:1. Russians have learned the American spin technique of lowering expectations, so anything less than a crushing Ukrainian victory can be portrayed as a win for Putin.2. It must be galling for Russia to openly call Ukraine a more powerful force.
