@edgeoforever some things are hard to "get over". i wake up every morning and the first thought is my boy dog isn't here anymore.

@begamit I made myself a pillow out of Boongo’s doughnut bed. Kiss it good night before going to sleep. I also feel like hugging and kissing every dog in the street. And they know it too and come to me.

@edgeoforever awwww. that's awesome. i wish i could do the same but we shared beds. hehe. he did have a dog bed but it didn't last. he gutted it completely. that's when we just said meh, time to share beds.https://sovereign.lgbt/@begamit/110307581516034516

@begamit Boongo used to share our bed, but in the end was too fragile for it. The doughnut bed is indestructible - no filling in it. All one piece.

@edgeoforever my boy's other half is still with us. she's pushing 15. she still hops on the bed, with ease. the boy, too, was able to hop on the bed. his demise was cancer (of the tonsils) but we said goodbye once we saw him struggling with eating (two days in a row was our rule).
