       @vifino could use one of those cursed "PoE injector/breakout kits" that lets you just run arbitrary DC down two lines of the ethernet cable

       @izaya That's the plan!For now, I'll keep the router thingie and the ethernet dongle for the official bypass-mode.Not ideal by any means, especially as it doesn't fit in a 1U rackmount, but it'll work the same until I can muster up the energy to ~~fry~~ DIY such a thing.
