My son has been coughing four days straight. Fever and couch mostly. He said he don't taste the candy just now. Might be COVID-19.In Finland they didn't offer vaccines for kids under 10 so he doesn't have any. He had COVID-19 last year, wen't over in couple of days. But now it's been ongoing from Tuesday. As long as he is happy and playing it's all right I guess, but I'm still worried.

@424dfd7d14ce48e3881f7b49793b14 Yeah last time when he had it the fever didn't go away for days. It's the same now. We don't have home tests right now, should buy more.

And now I'm anxious as fuck. Every time someone I love is sick I'm afraid they are going to die. It's not a realistic fear, but I'm panicking over it anyway. I need help. Next therapy session is on Thursday.

This is probably related to the passing of my father in 2019 which was traumatic to say the least. I watched him suffer all kinds of infections, fever, loss of teeth, loss of thrombocytes (blood penetrating through skin), weakness, hallucination and ultimately die. Others being sick reminds me of that.

@rolle @eldadoinquieto @rolle It is common for antigen tests to give false negatives. If identifying COVID is important, one should test for it repeatedly if negative. Daily, or once in two days or so, eg. 3 times. There are also antigen tests which test simultaneously for COVID, influenza A+B and RSV. They are more expensive than the COVID-only, but you have more certainty on negative COVID result if the test is positive for an another virus. Maybe use one if the first COVID-only is negative?

@rolle The vaccines do absolutely nothing except come with a buffet if injuries. Such as blood clots, myocarditus, and in rare cases sudden death. If your child has Covid19 then here is the cure. Ivermectin (or) hydroxychloroquine prescription taken as prescribed by a licensed physician. Along with safely high doses of vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc taken religiously with organic orange juice twice daily.Your kid will more than likely be completely cured and feeling better within 3-5 days.
