       @PhoneBoy what great publicity!  If you get food poisoning, at least you'll know where you got it. When I ran a chain of coffee shops in Hawaii I was astonished that they only did health inspections on restaurants every 2 years and it was an appointment so you could prepare. On the mainland, the health inspector just shows up so you always need to run a clean restaurant. People get food poisoning all the time from restaurants in Hawaii!  I've gotten it and I know many people who have too.

       @CreekHouse @PhoneBoy I heard so many disgusting stories from employees and from our health inspector!  I rarely went out to eat there unless it was a higher end restaurant or a hotel. Chain restaurants had their own Healthcare standards and were normally safe too. But when I was first recruited to run a high end coffee shop chain I was absolutely shocked that they didn't have any Bleach or quat tabs to sanitize anything. I had to write their cleanliness standards!  It was gross !😝

       @Peaceandprosperity We don't make a habit of going to restaurants as most of them are abjectly terrible, not because of their cleanliness, but because of the "food" they serve. Certainly not going to eat some place that requires me to sign a contract to do so.
