Honestly, my biggest criticism of it is that homeslice went with the Christian motif. I'm not at the best place I can be but recently I've been making progress at a rate I'm pretty proud of. I was around 15 or so pounds overweight according to BMI and in a few weeks I've gotten that down to 5. I had a setback cus I got sick right after breaking my cardio machine and getting real busy but I fixed the machine and I'm getting back into it so hopefully I'll keep up the pace.

jumping jacks, running, squats, and deadlifts are all really not great exercises from a join perspective. If you are looking to lose weight, adding some walking/jogging to your day is the easiest way. I have an Apple Watch (most phones have an effective step counter as long as you keep it in your pocket) and I track my daily steps. I've found about 2000 steps = 1 mile and 1 mile of walking burns about 125 calories. So if you want to lose 10 pounds in a month, that's roughly 35,000 calories to burn. The math comes out to about 5 miles per day for a month. It sounds like a lot and it is...but getting out and walking/jogging is easier on joints, it's trackable and if you are consistent it works over time.

Been cutting calories and I've seen a huge improvement, it's why I lost 10 or so pounds in a couple of weeks. Admittedly when I got sick I got a little complacent (also didn't want to fuck myself over by not eating enough when sick) but I'm gonna get back on top of things now that I'm better.

That's why I try to build muscle (which uses way more calories than using those muscles and also passively burns calories as muscle has some upkeep) and cut food as well. It's been working pretty well for me so far, but I get really hungry now.

Yah cutting down on food is hard. I added a protein bar/shake as my after lunch meal because I get hungry during the day. It helps a lot.For losing weight, I actually think intermittent fasting works pretty well. Just put all your meals in in like an 8 hour window and don't eat the other 16 hours. But, there are so many different ways to "be fit" that it's really just about finding what works for you.

I wouldn't recommend really anyone do squats and deadlifts. If you don't know proper form, don't have lifting experience, ect you are apt to hurt yourself and fuck up your back. That being said, I do squats a few months a year because it is a good exercise, but I've had a few trainers/fitness competition people spot me and teach me how to do it without hurting myself. I've messed up my back multiple times when I was younger from lifting too heavy on squats. It's not that they are bad lifts in and of themselves, it's that most people don't have proper form or go way too heavy.

Generally yeah I think they are bad and not worth it. I'll tolerate people who do them if they are based (in my personal experience though no matter how based they are drugs are a vector for other degeneracy), but I think almost all of them should be illegal and for myself personally having a glass of wine on the rare occasion is as far as I think I should ever go.

That's the thing that's so infuriating. People love to post Hitler speeches but those speeches might as well not have subtitles for what good it does them. White nationalism as an ideology has always had a very deep and detailed worldview and set of beliefs. Ones which I would argue aren't just circumstantial or happenstance but which arise as the logical consequence of being a White.Hitler wasn't great or admirable because he hated the jews or was le ultimate racist, he was great and admirable because his ideals and ideas on how to run a nation and for what a nation should be run for are revolutionary and worth replicating. His way of thinking about problems and solving them is a way we should strive to replicate. The ideology is about so many things but saying slurs and hero worship has never been an important aspect of it, much less all that it's about.
