       "Endangered the friendship" by declining a free private jet flight and a paid vacation?This shouldn't have to be said, but: any "friend" of a judge who would be offended by the judge declining expensive luxury gifts is not their "friend." The relationship is transactional.

       @maxkennerly The concept that we should reject worshipping billionaires is completely alien to them.They aren't compromised... somehow we are? because we think it's wrong they allow billionaires to live above the rules of man.
