Ok, So IDK if anyone hasever seen this one but It was an old 80 (I think)horror film called 'Motel Hell'It was v creepy. They like kidnapped stranded travelers and buried them in the garden up to their necks and cut their tongue out and fed them to fatten them up to make sausage or something. It gave me nightmares ..😄

I only saw a small part of it, it was called "Mr. Boogedy." The bit I saw was where the bad guy was levitating in the air yelling out his own name (pic related). Then someone came and turned off the TV because it probably wasn't the best for five year olds.Also I only just confirmed it actually existed by that name. For years I was told it must have been "The Boogeyman" but that's a completely different film.Oh and I saw jaws at one point and I was terrified he was going to attack in our sleep. We lived on a mountain 🤣. Somehow I was convinced he'd find us.I also saw Alien when I was around 10 or 12 and was afraid to go to sleep because I'd have nightmares about it. I'd had a dream a few nights previously about something that had happened three days before that, so I was convinced three days later I'd be trapped in an alien nightmare and be unable to wake up.
