       @krolli53 Not a literal challenge, I was just consuming too much of that and I don't have a personality that works well with "doing thing responsibly". I can not do things or I do it way too much.

       @tante 👾The 15 minute rule is this idea that when you have the urge to use, do something to distract yourself for 15 minutes. That can get you over the hump, and often the 15 minute distraction turns into half an hour of cleaning your room, or an hour of playing your game - just, longer than only 15 minutes. Repeat as needed.The 10 second rule is the idea that you can tolerate anything for only 10 seconds, so just get through this 10 seconds, then this 10 seconds, then this 10 seconds ...
