@zoon I like your notes. They could be their own book. Have a friend in NYC who recovered from cancer and he started a comic strip from post it notes he used to maintain perspective and morale.

@ralphw it lays a mindset foundation. When you isolate yourself and reorient your perspective, doors close and others open.It’s a process. I am willing to throw myself into it fully or it’s not going to pan out.One cannot serve two masters.If you want to change, something has to change.If you change your focus, a new trail will appear where one wasn’t before.I share my journey for those interested. Seeds are sown in one season, and their fruits are harvested in the next. Such is Life.

@ralphw To add further for anyone else:If i throw our a seed on top of the dirt, it will not grow.If I bury the seed in dry earth, it will not grow.If I bury the seed in dry earth and then water it; it has a chance to sprout.If I just water it once, it will sprout and then shrivel and die.But if I am judiciously present each day, taking care to give the seed optimal conditions, not over or under watering, making sure the soil is healthy and nitrogen rich, it will reach its potential.

@ralphw I focus on my task at hand; and when I feel like I’m up against something I cannot handle I remind myself that God can, and I give thanks for the struggle and give it to him, reminding myself I am never alone in life.

@ralphw yes. Faith in God, that all things perceived as good or bad by us are ultimately part of His plan, and to have faith that Jesus is always faithful to Us. We learn to place our trust in Him, to follow him unwaveringly, for He will lead us Home. One MUST believe in this in order for this to be fulfilled. We cannot rely upon our limited perspective as humans to understand His ways. ONLY in retrospect does any of it make sense. This is the way of walking by Faith, and not by sight.
