       It's interesting how concerned the Australian government is about the unknown long-term effects of this novel product which "was sold to governments and to communities all around the world as a therapeutic".

       @BarbatusRex government allows the sale of deliberately poised tobacco products (no, you don't just get the dried leaf. They literal add poison to it) because of the tax revenue (and savings in pension/health from people during prematurely). Vaping is undoubtedly safer.They haven't figured out a good way to tax vapes or make them kill people so they banned them in Aus. Now they are starting a moral crusade using the "won't someone think of the children argument".
