       User walks into the it office: I have a problem againMe: did you put in a ticket?Them: NoMe: makes ticket and does initial troubleshooting User: leavesMe: checks ticket, finds the ticket they did in fact already make and submit*I just can't win, even when they make tickets they pretend they didn't. I can't win on tickets 🙃
