Besides I was thinking of the speeches where he tries to attract the non western countries. I don't think he cares about courting the western audiences at all but is trying to convince the rest of the world, the majority of the world to not take sides. And he have been very successful at that. Some of the speeches is just basic logic to why non western countries can benefit from the current situation. He certainly made progress in starting a decoupling from the rules based order by getting gathering important allies. I believe moderate intelligent persons could argue the same but he includes history richly and argues for cultural traditions to be respected in a very convincing way.
