       I wonder whether there is any option in the academic publishing world that is free of article processing charges (APCs) or pay-to-read subscription models. The traditional model exploits free labour of reviewers and charge money from either the writer or the reader.Why don't scientists simply review each others' work and make scientific literature available without a cost to the writers and the readers? #AcademicChatter #AcademicMastodon #OpenScience
