I added a new feature to my openai-to-sqlite CLI tool which lets you run SQL queries using a chatgpt() function for executing prompts - so you can update data in an existing SQLite database with the prompt results.https://simonwillison.net/2023/Apr/29/enriching-data/

Here's a CLI one-ish-liner to record sentiment analysis for every row in a table in a SQLite databaseopenai-to-sqlite query database.db " update messages set sentiment = chatgpt( 'Sentiment analysis for this message: ' || message || ' - ONLY return a lowercase string from: positive, negative, neutral, unknown' )"

@simon I had the habit of naming my SQLite database files with the extension '.db3' and someone at work asked why last year.Upon reflection I remembered it was because I had some v2 files that had the '.db' extension still in use at the time v3 was coming out so I needed to disambiguate. Just checking the release dates it's been close to 20 years of usage for me also.
