       @randymarsh This story is at least a decade old - he first tried it through the Kenyan courts in 2007, then appealed to the International Court of Justice in 2013.IIRC, the ICJ declined to consider it, so it went nowhere.But suing a State for something that happened on it's territory almost 200 years previously is a stretch, as was suing Italy, who would have been co-defendants.And surely this would have been an act of God...
