If it would be responsibly used for the occasional one off celebratory event or something sure, but too many people are dudeweedLMAO about it. If you have a functional household and the occasional toke is your single vice, I also don't care. Well she's probably scared of you. Daughter of another woman is a major threat to her family position with your bio dad. Unfortunately as people get older, they act kinda the same. She isn't that much different than you - it's awkward for her too. I'm not saying she's a great step mom - but have some empathy and it might be easier to have a tolerable relationship.
