However, the reality is that an individual performing a preemptive violent attack against the system is not going to succeed at much more than their own destruction. Solutions that are possible for individuals to enact without destroying themselves must be presented, and I have done that.

@mkultra @Godcast Yeah, and if he talked to any of the locals at length, he would've probably heard some variant of "boy I wish there was a [specialized doctor in X] here."This problem extends beyond medicine - there are lots of tasks in small towns that are hard to do because specialists tend to work in cities. Some of them are very obvious to the locals (medicine, car repair) and some of them are only obvious to a few people (teaching). There's tons of things that people feel like they have to drive out to the nearest city for, and having someone provide that service somewhere closer is great!
