I was agreeing with you, not picking holes in your alternative method. Just joining in with pointing out the flaws that theology wants to casually gloss over.Personally, I don't see the need for prophets to begin with. If you're omnipotent you aren't limited to just a few people, right? So give a clear personally crafted sign/message to every single person, enough to know that there is a god (and what they want) and then that'd give them a choice as to how to live their lives. Wouldn't need religions, it'd literally just become either following the singular path or straying from it.
