There's some long-term networking stuff I have to figure out, but my next server buy will be something specifically for the KiwiFlare (which will be rebranded soon-ish).I have two options for this and I'm debating buying three servers to cluster or one really big server. All I care about is getting as much processing power for incoming HTTPS connections as possible, and I'm not entirely sure if it's more cost effective to get multiple devices with lower end CPUs or a single device with some ridiculous dual CPU.I think Cloudflare uses EPYCs.

@josh I regularly run physics simulations that need as much raw processing power as they can get, and every server my cheap university let's me use has had a single Intel Xeon that would have cost $1000-$1500 when bought. Different use case I suppose, but obviously multiple cheaper CPUs still need their own board and RAM and such.Also fuck graf lmao, what a histrionic cunt that guy is.

Is Sneed Social defederated by KF?Graf PERSONALLY made an effort to defederate my accounts from Poast visibility, despite having absolutely zero conclusive evidence I was behind Chudbuds. He is legitimately BPD/bipolar and it’s not my problem. He would continuously bring up the deep faked content of me, and I obviously didn’t react well because holy fuck who would, and then his users would proceed to violate his rules and I’d get the blame.If the presence of someone like me, or ANYONE, is suddenly making everybody violate the rules, you’ve got a userbase and moderation problem, and should not impose that in the form of censorship on the individual caught in the crossfire. I sent enough death threats as a teenager to land in juvenile jail age 16 after being kicked out of over 7 schools.Then I got put on Concerta and was forced to learn how to deal with sheep and authority enough to not blow my brains out or someone else’s.Maybe Graf isn’t a lolicon, but you know how I feel about bystanders. I stayed on that until around age 27 when my insurance decided they didn't want to cover it anymore so I switched back to Adderall. I turned out alright. As for lolicon. Feel free to not enjoy it but it's a bit fucked to claim that it's child porn. It waters down actual abuse and belittles actual victims. Plus it's kind of disingenuous as even people who claim it's the same thing would have a completely different reaction to seeing actual child porn compared to some lewd loli. Most of why I don't like it isn't because I think that the guys viewing it are actually pedophiles. I'm more worried about young girls seeing it and thinking underage girls having sex is perfectly normal. And I don't think that's an issue on the fedi.
