       OK, this is seriously pissing me off, and I need simple advice. I am lucky enough to have a new PC. When I plug in my old external hard drive, the new PC says the drive is Bitlocker encrypted. It isn't. Neither the new PC or the old one have Bitlocker on them, as far as I can tell. I've tried changing permissions. Didn't work. I'm not comfortable in the command line.PLEASE: Any suggestions?
