Otherwise you're technically making good backups but they'll only restore on a server running exactly the same PostgreSQL version as the one you made the backup on. Ask me how I know

Here's mine for examplesudo -Hu postgres pg_dump -d pleroma1 --quote-all-identifiers --format=custom -f /pleromabackup/2023_04_18_pleroma1.pgdump(Yes, my db is called pleroma1, fight me)
