@yogthos Australia here Home prices reportedly all western economies are in the same boat ...seems they are all following the same play book proposed by the banks ,but as an added attraction I was wondering how the siphoned money from multinationals who are laundering money is adding to the dilemma ..in my area a block of 28 homes was bought by a chinese company and are all now rented and the Australian gov is paying negative gearing on these properties ????
