       @Tilopa how #MuskRat came to the conclusion that his drunken wildly inflated Twitter bid s/b followed thru, rather than abandoned, is very strange. He could have paid the back-out fee, and risked Twitter suing him (they would have). And gone on with his life.

       @leemeade I subscribe to the theory that Elon was paid by wealthy patrons to run Twitter into the ground, or turn it into a version of Parler, or he just couldn't resist buying a playground, where he imagined himself most popular kid, or being a God, ruling a kingdom of sycophants... but due to lack of self-awareness, he doesn't understand that everyone hates him.

       @Tilopa The banks, whose loans underpin a chunk of his acquisition, are trying to sell that debt at a 50% discount, with no takers. The purchase makes no sense from a money angle. So… Occam’s Razor.
