@Meat_Bucket It won't solve anything until you can fix the root cause of why these shootings take place, other than access to guns, it seems many of these people have issues, either mental health or otherwise that is left to fester until they explode with rage. In some cases people who don't fully fit in at school for example, are bullied, and this keeps happening, no one listens, no one acts, until the victim just gets tipped over the edge, Who is to blame? The victim or those who targeted them? Sometimes people keep to them selves, don't mingle with the majority but find solitude in technology, drawing, painting or other activitiy that is more for a single person, as opposed to group activities. For this they are lablled weird, loner, loser or some other negative lable, when they are actually intelligent or perhaps above average, just find it hard to be with other people. Ass guns to the mix, a health care system that seems to care more for profit than lives, lack of mental health support and you seem to end up with a ticking time bomb. It also seems in some cases the shooter kills themselves or is shot by police or someone else, meaning we never find their true motive, but pick up bits from what is left over.
