@RexRedbone @adam Listening to NA, I haven't heard any rain stick action lately. maybe it was knocked over in my direction by accident ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ but I don't think the rain stick works that way.

@RexRedbone @adam damn, that I didn't know. I'm very sad at this moment. I had to kill the electricity because FPL's service is too good. at my neighbors house now drinking large quantities of beer because there isn't anything that I can do until the rain stops

@ERK I'm sorry, flooding royally sucks. Nothing makes you feel so helpless. It's going to be a rough next couple of months, but hang in there.

@SirRoundedByMyPrivilege Shhhhh! hahahah! I know not what you're talking about! but the rain has stopped for now. tomorrow is another day though. When I was at my neighbors for two beers.. the flooding increased 6 more inches from just those 2 beers. I ran over (splashed) and pulled my HTPC while still on from 3 inches of water from the bottom shelf. I hope she still works.

@ERK I'm glad it's subsiding. ITMMy house flooded in 2015. It was awful. We ended up dealing with construction and insurance issues for a long time, ugh. But everything had a happy ending. Hang in there.

@zonz my casa was constructed in the 50's. hope it survives this foot and a half flood. this is definitely the worst of the three floods that I've now experienced living here in the past ten years. I'm still getting into the beers at neighbors. thanks again for the kindness. return Karma in effect
