Man. Just self reflecting. It’s take a full year just to get to where I am in mind, body and spirit, and in looking back at progress overall; it feels like a monumental effort was put forward to gain an inch. So much more to heal and progress and change. I can at least say, changes are happening, albeit so very slow.

I have been there, done that.If you want to be jacked, lift. Progressive overload. It takes a long time but you’re not in a hurry. You’re doing it for yourself not for anyone else. And you enjoy it.

@zoon Funny enough, the 1st husband and my dad be good buddies during our relationship. Because of their relationship, it gave me the opportunity to heal. we became friends as adults. I will forever be grateful to my 1st for that even though the marriage ended horribly and hurtful. Similar end as your #2, almost cheated, was thinking about it, knew I shouldn't for my own morality sake. His car pulls in and I immediately am filled w/ dread, say I want a divorce, Moved out same day.

She was really wanting to monitor everything I did.I mean, I told her everything about my past and she still accepted me, which was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done as I have been so ashamed and then, also unbelievable. But she wanted me to put on an app Life360 that shows wherever you are at all times and even shows speeding. I put my foot down on that. She didn’t like that I wouldn’t install it. I knew she was always watching me
