#TIL that a few days before presentation slides are due is NOT a good time to revamp your Obsidian folder structure. For no reason at all other than that you got sick of looking at a long list of folders you don't use or need. Especially if you have three different sync options on that repo, across multiple devices, that are bound to go haywire.This way lies madness.On the plus side, I'm now down to 9 main folders and I made this note for when I do this again: https://notes.nicolevanderhoeven.com/Undo+options+for+when+you+stuff+things+up+in+Git

@nicole The colors…. I would spend 5 hours getting the colors ** just right** instead of working on the things in those folders that I should be doing 😅

@nicole "This is the way"I've been re-organising my relatively young folder structure so it makes more sense to me and try and make better use of daily notes (that I'd kind of abandoned) - I seems to have broke a few things, but they're fixable (with some extra effort) :)

@jasonbak I started out with folders when I first got into Obsidian, but I slowly evolved towards just using links/metadata for most things. But I still hadn't gone back and actually cleaned up the folders! 😅 Whatever works! I definitely broke a lot of things before I made it better, heh.

@TfTHacker Oh! Haha. I didn't know that's what that was called! I actually really love the theme AnuPpuccin for that reason-- it has a "cards" option that really reminds me of that. Btw I love Star Trek... currently going through Picard now!
