@lowqualityfacts Fortunately, loyalty to a company directly and proportionately corresponds to how much they value and pay you, so this is a totally fair, perfectly reasonable, and not at all exploitative tradeoff.Haha, I'm not even sure why I even mentioned the word "exploitative." Forget that part. Purge the very idea from your mind. Embrace your work family. They're the only ones who actually love you. Distance yourself from everyone else. You can depend on your work family.
